Concept
The red shield of Yen Phu Street
Hero Club takes its name from comic-book heroes. The logo is a red diamond shield holding a white star inside a circle, with HERO set in rough stencil letters as if freshly stamped on a wall, the whole mark tilted forward as if charging ahead. At No. 42M Yen Phu, that shield has been built into an industrial-style club: exposed steel trusses, a glass floor striped with light, a curved LED screen and a ceiling packed with lights. The club's posters, meanwhile, are as playful as a comic page — a city street after the rain, the HERO CLUB sign, a group of friends stepping out in sunglasses with their bicycles. The two spirits meet every night: a stage that takes sound and light seriously, and a crowd happy to be the hero of their own night.
